And I’m just going to go ahead and accept the Lottie vs. the Hulk answer as canonical now. (In fact… does anyone have Kevin Feige’s number? We need this movie!)
P.S. – On a more serious level, are your Steeple rights secure?
I know it has to be odd to have the first five issues owned or published by Dark Horse, and to be doing the rest yourself – can’t imagine what that will look like on Comixology if you’re self-publishing these later issues.
I feel strongly this series is a work of art that deserves to not be dissected by the powers that be, Dreckly-conspiracy-theory style, and again pledge purchases to complete my Comixology collection if they allow you to do so.
Glad to see the SGR Comics line remains in rude health, and ROBERT COP reaching such a great milestone. I’ve still not managed to find a copy of FURTIVE FIVE yet, though. Enjoy your weekend of warm swaddling and self-care, everyone.
I’m so bummed that we can’t get Robert Cop over here (in the Netherlands). They already have a Dutch comic, Agent Robert, and don’t want to confuse their readers. I’m the only expat in town but that’s classic Dutch fairness for you – het Poldermodel.
Maybe you could claim http://www.robert.cop and serialize it? I’ve missed two arcs now 🙁
FYI John I hope you never see what the CBC did with those Canadian broadcast rights to Robert Cop. The main character is unrecognizable: now a hybrid moose-beaver who works on both sides of the law because of a gambling problem, who shows up with credulity-stretching frequency at his local Tim Hortons (because of an ill-advised product tie-in).
Yeah, I read through the entire thing hoping to get a clue about the college lives of the remaining Tackleford Mystery Kids. Now my American ass has to read through this wikipedia article about the Profumo Affair instead.
Thank you for this glimpse into the larger Allisonverse. Is it true that Vape Escape #1 includes a scratch-and-sniff feature? Diamond remains frustratingly silent on the subject.
“Lair of Snorpy” sounds like something I’d pick up at the newsstand!
(You know, if we had newsstands anymore.)
Classic Susan! Impressed that Daisy managed to get the first spin-off, but the description does lead me to believe it would sell itself.
I can’t buy all those titles! I spent my whole allowance on mrr…. There’s no right way to spell “myrrh”. Even the “right” way is wrong, so wrong….
I can say conclusively that Des is no myrrh man
I kinda want to read some of these.
And I’m just going to go ahead and accept the Lottie vs. the Hulk answer as canonical now. (In fact… does anyone have Kevin Feige’s number? We need this movie!)
I want all of them…
Strangely, I want to read Chunnel.
Robert Cop also, but that’s a given.
Chunnel #25 is double-sized but costs $9.99, “sorry” Sean!!! I couldn’t fit in the solicitation text so here it is:
“Bertrand and Pascal must confront the LIVING BEDROCK beneath the churning English Channel. Guest stars RED ADAIR!”
Is it true that Bertrand and Pascal are assisted in their struggle by the giant, animated, ambulatory White Cliffs of Dover?
This is getting dangerously real, Andrew, don’t tempt me into another “Mordawwa”, most of the print copies went in the recycling
I’m sorry, I bought the digital one. 🙁 Let us know next time! I’ll hawk them on streetcorners for you!
Mordawwa may not have made Scary Go Round Press any money, but it made me very happy. Thank you again for all you do.
So did I, John and Andrew; so did I.
P.S. – On a more serious level, are your Steeple rights secure?

I still treasure my print Mordawwa. My 9yo loved it
The only issue of Cryptkicker I’ve read was #5.
Skipping over the origin arc? For shame!
I see what you did there, Boris. Tell Drac I said hi!
I was hoping SOMEONE would get the reference.
I’m here for you. BTW, what did ever happen to the Transylvania Twist?
Oh my goodness, this is hilarious. Thank you Mr Allison.

Can’t find it ’cause it’s hiding.
Would unironically enjoy reading the adventures of Herb Trimpe
Me too!!
His daughter sometimes posts in a Facebook group I’m part of.
Each of the Giants Dayses with their own spinoff comic! What beautiful dreams you offer up, sir.
I feel like microbrewewry #5 is subtweeting me.

I believe it is available “under the counter” in certain establishments, tuck a tulip in your breast pocket and wink at the salesperson
Bob Cop lives! And thrives! somewhere in the multiverse.
I’m glad to see we snuck “erotic” in there one last time. Someone’s been reading the comments!
Somehow Automaton #17 was the biggest laugh for me, stuck in the never-ending US election.
Issue 18 deals with Automaton’s progress through a grinding run-off
Jared Kushner’s not running for senate.
Now that LAIR OF SNORPY is complete, does that mean there’ll be a trade paperback to look forward to?
Yes, it’s a hardcover, but with spines on all four edges so no one can read it

I was told that with Paul Gross as showrunner and star, it was in safe hands! This is no Passchendaele!
John, I want to thank you again for introducing me to Cilla Black. We yanks missed out, as we miss out on many things.
I kinda feel like Endless War’s been dragging on a bit long.
As lovely as ever!
Mhrryh the force be with you!
You kept your acquisition of the lucrative Lovejoy licence very quiet!
I liked “Pandemic Force” #6, but it’s kind of gone downhill after that.
It has grown quite repetitive. I feel like I’ve read it all before. Doesn’t anyone learn anything in this series?!?
That said. I’m looking forward to issue #400. It should be hilarious!
This is classic lie back and dream material, thanks for that!

This is my favorite thing. Just my favorite thing.
I would pay actual money to read the Profumo Affair run of Destroy History.
Also, I want you to know how much I appreciated “You’re go-ho-hoing to like this one!”
I require all those GD spinoffs to be real now.
